How I started

Its a best fasting for weight loss.

Intermittent Fasting is not a diet its eating style that you basically put yourself on. I follow 16:8 method.

So fasting for 16 hours which includes 7 hours of sleep. And I eat within that 8 hours. I eat high carb vegan diet. I have been following IF since 2 years has given much better results  than other crash diet.

Do you feel hungry?

Yes I did for 3 day after 5th day it was very normal.

Will I lose weight fast?

One will lose weight effectively if you have a calorie restriction.

Does doing exercise necessary while doing IF?

Yes it will help to achieve desire result. I was doing 30mintues of yoga or strength training. Alternating yoga one day and strength training next day.  

What do you have after you wake up in morning?        

First thing I have is a big glass of water then after sometime I have chamomile tea or hibiscus tea.

What you have for breaking fast?

I dink a green smoothie first a foremost.



TIP (Do not):

-    Eat or have refined sugar, carbonated drinks

-    Processed food (Food which are ready to eat type)
