One does not need any skill in drawing or doodling. Anyone can learn to Zentangle, regardless of age or artistic ability. One week into zentangle doodle I was feeling relaxed and content throughout the day.  The term “Zentangle” was coined by artists Maria Thomas and Rick Roberts in 2003. The name comes from the combination of the words “zen” and “tangle”. Zentangle drawings are often created on small pieces of paper, but can also be created on larger surfaces. The drawings are usually symmetrical and can be quite intricate.  Zentangle is a form of meditative art that can help you relax and focus. Then take normal clean water and wash the rice in it. Squeeze the rice properly in water and repeat this process 3 times, collect and fill the water in the glass jar. Put fresh skin of any citrus fruit into the jar with rice water. Now it's time to wait for 3 days until it gets fermented. Those living in a humid and hot part of Earth wait for 3 days and those living in cold regions wait for 5 days to get rice water fermented.
